Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality requirements

Periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools (e.g Vernier,Micro meter,Bevel protector etc)

Run the ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems and Standards.

Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules

Participate in quality audits.

Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement

• Direct all production line which include different range of items like fenders, side stand, top bridge, chain case, fuel tank etc. Complete sampling as per drawing, new parts development, Die maintenance & other Mechanical works.
• Expertly develop JIGS & FIXTURES etc. Visiting to customer to ensure their satisfaction on any issues like production, quality, Labor dealing and directly reporting to CEO.
• Supervise production process, drawing up a production schedule with ensuring that the production is cost effective and making assured that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
