Þ            Led different projects, which include the installation of two 1,100,000 kcal/hr water heaters and CIB UNIGAS burners with a firing capacity of 1700 KW.
Þ             Replacement of piping and its cladding with a running length of 1300 ft. It includes designing, finalizing BOQ, material procurement, and selection for fabrication service provider and QC (DPT and hydro test).
Þ               Installation of two counter-flow cooling towers of 300 Ton/hr, after calculating cooling capacity as per temperature requirement.
Þ             Work on the design of the shell and tube heat exchanger. It was with a surface area of 126 SQM.
Þ             Responsible for planning and implementing Preventive maintenance.
Þ             Responsible for preparing annual maintenance budget (OPEX + CAPEX). For both, I have implemented the DATA analysis method using Power BI.
Þ             Responsible for planning and ordering necessary spare parts of equipment after coordinating with the Supply chain department.
Þ             Monitoring and controlling the utility consumption (Electricity, Gas & Water) of the entire plant. The analysis report is presented in the monthly meeting. The costing of different products is performed after a detailed analysis.
Þ             Implementation of SAP Preventive maintenance system - PM Module (In progress).
Þ             Manpower planning of maintenance technician for smooth production operation.

Þ             Maintaining Chemical, Physical, Fractionation, Pump room (Refinery) & Production machines/Blending (Filling) areas.
Þ             Planned/Unplanned maintenance of different kinds of pumps & piping systems in the entire company.
Þ             Work in the Boiler House to manage its operation and also do maintenance of its essential equipment like softener plant, Feed pump or piping systems, especially steam traps.
Þ             Ensuring spare parts availability for Scheduled Maintenance.
Þ             Communicating, planning and scheduling of maintenance using an ERP (oracle) based system.

 Evaluate mechanical designs (CAD) for potential flaws in moulds and offer modifications to eliminate it.
 Work on new mould designs for upcoming productions.
 Performing Workforce management (WFM).
 Work as Acting Manager in absence of Manager and in shift duties.
 Providing mechanical services to entire company.
 Repairing of Air-Compressors & Diesel Generators.
