To perform all laboratory dyeing processes such as DTM matching, recipe screening,
recipe confirm and pot cleaning etc in accordance to the instruction of shift executive.
• DTM matches against customer swatches.
• Preparing of recipe for lab dyeing.
• Screening of shades as per shift executive requirements.
• Dyestuff solution making by using the solution maker.
• Dyestuff dispensing by using dispenser or electric pipette.
• Color sequencing and pot cleaning of Ugolini Dyeing machines.
• Record keeping of DTMs.
• Housekeeping of the dyestuff area.
• Keeping everything in the specified area for proper identification.
• Using lab cheeses with proper identification for dyeing.
• Placing the dye cheeses in proper place specified for dyed Ugolini cheeses.
• Follows work instructions to complete every procedure in a standardized manner.
• Attend the safety briefings.
