With due respect, I have completed a postgraduate degree (MBA) from IBA-University of The Punjab, Lahore for the academic session 2017-2019 and Microsoft Office Specialist with more than 3 Years of experience as HR professional. During graduation, I have started my career as an HR Officer at National Communication Services (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. (Dunya Media Group)
I have also completed Summer Internships from Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) as well as Mott MacDonald Pakistan (MMP) Private Limited in 2016.
During my experience in HR, I have been working with the company very much in a hands-on role, Handling Database of employees with advanced excel as well as HRIS, Attendance System & Payroll Management System and working on strategies to enhance Human Resource.
In this organization, I use my professional skills for the growth of the company, also learning many new aspects of the management team, working closely with them on different projects (HR Audit & compliance, Development of HRIS, Reduce Absenteeism & Late-coming Employees and Downsizing etc.) also processing a monthly payroll.
Main Responsibilities:
To Maintain & Supervise the company Employees Portal (Attendance Software, Payroll Management System & HR Software).
Data Management, Pivot Table Development and Management & reporting through using advance excel.
Ensure that Dashboard of Dunya Media Group is accurate and up to date.
Processing of the Monthly Payroll.
Manage spreadsheets and maintain data of attendance to ensure accurate data availability for managers and head of departments.
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly reports (Joiners & Leavers, Habitual Late comers, Leaves, Absents, Daily attendance detail etc.).
Other Responsibilities:
To collected, organized, and documented of Hires, Transfers, Promotions, and Terminations.
Created charts using worksheet data and external resources, modified pivot tables, sorted items and group data, and refreshed and formatted pivot tables.
Managing Master data of Employees.
Sent daily emails using mail merge.
To Suggest ideas to Head of HR for further improving the HR System.
