Responsbillities:From RMS Section:Ensure correct identification and storages of Raw Materials after Quality assurance approval at predefined locations which can be checked in system and Physical.Plan and implement strategy for handling RM at floor. Planning and implementation of all raw materials batches issuance and ensure control of wrong issuance of RM.Handle storage of incoming raw materials.Use of SAP for posting of material and make GRN’s of Raw Materials and Packaging materials.Planning of Raw Materials requirements as per productions process orders.Ensure goods are stored properly as per their MSDS. Ensure HSE, safety standards for PPES. Ensure and plan disposal old/ expired materials through Technical for reuse. Plan and ensure RM inventory accuracy as per location. Ensure to minimize handling losses of materials in warehouse.Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials. Plan packing materials availability as per demand and supply and ensure in time availability through Coordination with vendor and purchase department.Receive packaging material from suppliers and prepare GRN from the same.Send packaging materials sample to quality control from supply for quality inspection.Arrange off-loading of packaging material after approval of quality assurance.Monitor of packing in cartons at filling stage.Maintain MSL and inform purchase department for ordering of packaging material.Ensure stacking of packaging material in designated areas.From Warehouse Section:Receive finished goods from production as per mention on stock transfer note.Generate picking lists by SAP.Supervise distribution loaders during picking of materials.Finished goods load in vehicle under supervision.Ensure correct quantity of material is loaded in vehicle to right customer as mentioned in delivery order.Coordinate with sales admin team.Coordinate with dealers and customers.Coordinate with Company
