Screening profiles according to the job specifications
Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates
Coordination/ Pre joining engagement with the candidates to successful onboarding.
Coordinating with various departments for the hiring process and fulfilling the requirements.
Ensuring training & certification is done as per norms
Induction, Full and Final Settlement

entry on HRIS,induction sessions,probation and confirmation processes. Payroll and HRIS–Monthly payroll for United Kingdom and Pakistan based employees,
maintenance of soft and hard files,HRIS and employment directory(new starters, leavers,tax forms,benefits,contract changes,sickness absence and(maternity/paternity).
Employee Relations–Work in close association with Directors,provide expert guidance and support HR activities(policies and procedures,terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services,performance management), update management on legal developments and advise on compliance and risk factors,manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters in conjunction with the Executive Directors of finance and administration.
Staff Handbook–Ensure that the staff handbook is comprehensive and up‐to‐date, develop,implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective,fair and consistent management of staff, provide support to staff on HR issues.
Appraisals–Monitor and review the system of performance appraisal,ensure that annual appraisals are carried out timely and followed up and assist with the annual salary
Learning and Development–Administer evaluation of all learning and development activities,follow up individual development needs,maintain training records and
assist with training initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits– Gather and analyze market data to measure the competitiveness of compensation and benefit packages and make recommendations.
Assist with the day‐to‐day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
Data Maintenance– Update, complete and manage the attendance,leave,shifts files.
Recruitment and Selection–Hiring employees for front desk,culinary and flower services
Data Maintenance–Update and complete the attendance,leave,shifts and salary data.
Invoicing– Generate invoices for inter and intra‐city orders for clients and intra‐city branches of café.
Cake Design– Assist the culinary staff with graphic designing of customized cake orders.
Recruitment and Selection-Assist in recruitment process.
Data Maintenance–Prepare and maintain personnel record of
employees in personal files,attendance,leaves,
salary,shift bonus and inventory management.
