1: Providing quality services over telephone according to SOPs and achieving quantitative targets as per defined parameters.
2: Providing First-Call-Resolution to customer using effective call management techniques and communication skills.
3: Remaining updated regarding products and promotions provided by company and following company policies and procedures dutifully.
JD as a Backup Team Leader:
1:Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards.
2:Managing Service level board to ensure there is no call on wait nor there any agent
one on NR or nor on Ready Mode so that customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
