Nutritional Screening of all the children (6-59 months), pregnant women and lactating mothers
Admit eligible children in SFP and OTP Program
Maintain and update the record of the admitted children, pregnant women and lactating mothers
Arrange, organize and conduct health, IYCF, hygiene and nutrition education sessions at the health facility.
Maintain and report the SFP /OTP supplies record properly at the respective health facility
Ensure immunization of all the admitted children according to CMAM protocol and guidelines
Systematic reporting of community nutrition screening, health & nutrition education sessions.
Actively participate in the improvement and strengthening of CMAM strategies and methodologies
Submit the reports as required by the program and facilitate any other program concerned activity when needed
Assist in the nutrition coordinator in monitoring and reporting of activities

• On an ongoing basis ensure that project monitoring data is collected, stored and analyzed in a clear and professional manner. Working closely with the Data Management Officer DMO ensures that all data is verified and cleaned before analysis and archive.
• Conduct different assessments surveys on IDEA implemented activities using agreed tools to ensure the data collection.
• Frequent field visits to carry out process monitoring based on minimum standards and output level indicators.
• Monitoring officer will develop process monitoring check list with support of line manager
• Monitoring officer will identify grey areas of assigned task, and will develop action plan for the improvement.
• Monitoring Officer will support in conduction of humanitarian Coordination meetings and will take minutes accordingly.
• Checking of each and every questionnaire of enumerator on daily basis.
• Prepared daily base report and error sheets of enumerators.

Responsible for the overall managment and quality assurance of the data collection tasks in the allocated districts.
Responsible for desiging,planning,supervision and monitoring of the survey activities and ensure the quality of the survey.
Conduct meeting with core team and patners and stakeholders to track the progress oe share the information of the survey.
Supervise team for implementation of survey activities.
Moniter the field activities on daily bases and provide feedback to field teams and to the dfca managment.
Liase with the third party monitors from UNICEF and the direct UNICEF staff in coordination with the Dfca managment.
Facilitate core team in the writing the final report and the progress of submission and dissemination of the results.
Ensure that the demarcation ,line listing and data collection is as per guidline.

Conduct sessions with comunity about hand wash , safe drinking water, iycf and cmam etc
Deal otp, sfp patients from 6 months upto 5 years.
Deal pregnant and lactating mother.conduct sessions with them.screaning od lactating and pregnant women
Also screaning of children from age of 6 months upto 5.
