 Troubleshooting Maintenance and Monitoring of links and maintenance of their Utilizations.
 Handling links reboot devices and Configuration.
 Provide Technical assistance to Corporate Users.
 Handling issues, and internal Routers unit like Linksys routers..
 Monitoring Users s Links with server 24x7 for any issues or possible downtime through our monitoring system.

Job Responsibilities
 Knowledge of NMS “Network Management System and Also Monitoring on it”.
 Installation and Configuration of GPON devices and Switches.
 Troubleshooting Maintenance and Monitoring of GPON links and maintenance of their Utilizations.
 Handling customer queries and monitor links reboot GPON devices and Configuration.
 Handling Customer Complaining issues, home User and Corporate Clients.
 Experience different monitoring Tools such as NMS (Network Management System),
 SecureCRT (With Telnet and SSH) OLT (Optical Line Transmission) and ONT (Optical Network Terminal)
 Monitoring Utilization in Win box.
 Monitoring Clients Links with server 24x7 for any issues or possible downtime through our monitoring system.
 Provide Technical assistance to Corporate and home Clients

Job Responsibilities
 Knowledge and Experience in administering Unix/Linux Operating Systems such as Red Hat and Centos, but having sound knowledge of Ubuntu / Debian operating system also. Installation, maintenance and support of various flavors of Linux and Unix Operating Systems.
 Web hosting server management using WHM/cPanel installed on Red Hat Enterprise Servers. Knowledge of Web hosting control panel also.
 Troubleshooting, maintenance and remote monitoring of the Server Operating Systems (Linux) w.r.t required services and projects.
 Management of Servers in terms of configuration and troubleshooting [Apache Web Server, NGINX Web Server, MySQL Database,FTP Server,WHM/Cpanel Administration (Installation, Configuration, Cpanel Preferences, Plug-ins / Add-ons).
 Perform data backup activity as per backup policy.
 Experience with different monitoring tools such as Pingdom, Host-Tracker and Statuscake for Website / Servers. Round the clock, real-time, preventive server and application monitoring. Monitor client\'s website.
 Systems security, Authentication and Security Updates. Knowledge of IP Tables, sound knowledge with another Linux firewall. Providing Technical assistance to clients.
