Job Description
Verification and Documentation
Verify patient availability in the hospital by visiting bedside and outpatient blocks.
Authenticate patient identity and medical documents based on online requests from registered doctors.
Record patient data according to diagnosis/disease specified by the doctor in online requests.
Socioeconomic Assessment
Utilize PMT score derived from BISP Database to assess socioeconomic status.
Conduct NSER (National Socio Economic Survey) for patients not present in BISP Database using provided tablets.
Data Entry and Reporting
Input patient details into Sehat Tahafuz online portal including personal information, address, contact number, and scanned copies of identity and medical documents.
Ensure completion of all activities within one hour and submit patient requests to PMU Sehat Tahafuz Program for further processing.
Coordination
Collaborate with hospital Focal Person for procurement arrangements of medicines and operation necessities.
Verify quantity and quality of procured items with hospital pharmacist and vendors.
Monitor consumption of medicines and disposables by patients or their attendants.
Patient Satisfaction and Financial Coordination
Conduct satisfaction surveys for patients treated under Sehat Tahafuz program.
Coordinate with hospital Finance department for compiling necessary documentation related to treated patients.
Verify patients' claim invoices before submission to Sehat Tahafuz PMU.
