Monitoring of centralized BSS alarms including LTE Sites using OSS along with 1st level trouble shooting and rectification.
Creating trouble tickets for alarm and assigned to concerning team using Remedy.
Escalate faults to Back Office, Field Maintenance and management following the definedprocedures and required timelines, follow up, update the trouble ticket till alarm clear and close the TT
Management of the cell sites of the complete network like cell restrictions/Halting, Faults rectification and critical alarm handling
Faults which cannot be resolved at first level are escalated to relevant groups for troubleshooting and resolution.
Directs coordination efforts with Back Office, Field Maintenance and other external groupsregarding network outages and other related concerns.
BSS sites configuration related to hardware in RBS/BSC internal Alarms of TG/CF/TRX and escalate to FME
Daily BTS Outage report preparation for presentation to management.
KPI stats analysis like Call Rejection, RF Stats, ASR & B Number reachable ratio and making necessary corrections for improving KPI’s.

Operation and maintenance of RBS (Ericsson) 2206, 2207 and RBS 2106/2107, 2116 for both 900 and 1800 GSM network.

Sites troubleshooting of routine internal alarms.
