• Complete ToTs, documentation, and program reports
• Oversee trickle-down training according to M&E checklists
• Oversee the quality of social action projects implementation
• Achieving the allocated training and M&E deadlines and targets
• Ensure that all ToTs and trickle-down trainings in respective universities are effectively implemented and KPIs are met.
• Maintain quality records of the trainings, participants, pre and post-tests, and invoices.
• Lead Monitoring and Evaluation of the implementation of training, trickle down trainings and operational SOPs.
• Develop M&E plans and execute.
• Supervise and conduct regular monitoring visits in universities to evaluate trickle-down trainings and implementation of social action projects.
• Fortnightly and monthly performance review meetings to monitor the performance of universities for trickle-down training.
• Verify and prepare databases
• Timely submission of work plans and execution in the field through perpetual contacts and appointments
• Development and submission of reports, work plans, and expenses to the Head Office per deadlines
• Maintain relationships with government departments, university teams and donors where required and guided by the program manager.
• Support photography and final video development
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

TB Project
Supervise Center and field operations for 10 Sehatmand Zindagi centers (Lahore , Shiekhupura and Kasur).
Trannig staff as per requirment plus guiding them with a time to time changes in structure plus keep them updated.
Develop and maintain a network of referral providers for the TB cases and Laboratory business.
Monitoring and Providing guidance to Field Staff and Camp Team.
Monitor all the activities of centers operations and field regarding TB registration and Laboratory.
Ensuring to meet company’s targets in revenues.
Maintain co-ordination with the center and field operations regarding daily activities. 
Reporting of Monthly and Quarterly with the HOD and COO.
Preparing Quarterly reports of all 4 BMU’s and getting them endorse from DTC’s.
Attending all the meetings of PTB with HOD representing CHS in P
Coordination with PTB regarding notification of cases, camps arrangements, MDR notifications.
Managing all the centers expenses with the assigned budget.
To resolve all admin related issues to run center operation smoothly.
Ensuring Companies policy and Procedure are being followed by all staff.
Supporting HR in Hiring Staff.

Supervising 9 Van teams of north.
Identifying hotspots for TB cases.
Prepared the GIS hotspot areas of Punjab.
Recruitments of suitable candidate for vans teams.
