• Installation and Commissioning of Food and Pharmaceutical Process and Packaging machines with foreign Engineer(s)
• Schedule & undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components.
• To keep in working of Siemens S7-200, S7-300 PLC controller.
• Working knowledge of AC/DC motors, VFD Drives, RPM sensors, PT100, limit switch, solenoid valves.
• Troubleshoot machines breakdowns & provide preventive maintenance services.
• Working knowledge of fault tracing and programming of AC/DC motors & drives.
• Electrical wiring of machines according to electrical diagrams.
• Responsible for service and maintenance of the machines on customer’s site.
• Supervising engineering and technical staff during projects.
• Liaising with Project Managers, Scheduling and coordination work deadline.
• Providing technical support to the customers.
• Ensuring that machine works to its specification.
• Creating and carrying out test procedures according to SAT procedures.
• Training of maintenance and operative staff where applicable.
• Investigating problems and diagnosing & repairing faults.
• Helping customers in identifications of consumable and spare part(s).
Service Engineer
• Installation, Service and Maintenance of Pharmaceutical Machines (Tablet press, blister lines, powder filling lines).
• Generation of Daily Reports of different projects.
• Keeping record of ongoing and future projects.
• Calibration of Lab equipment (Dr Schleuniger Pharmatron)
• Maintain maintenance plan for the supplied equipment.
• Maintenance and service of Korsch XL-400, PH-800 and XM-12.
• Maintenance and service of Fedegari Autocalvi
• Maintenance and service of Metal Checks (LOCK metal detectors)
