My duties and responsibilities while working for NHS (National Health Service) England were issuing monthly management account pack. Preparing and uploading budgets on Sun system. Management of account payable and account receivable. Processing of multicurrency payment on Barclays. Posting salaries and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts. Audit preparation and submission of Quarterly VAT return.
I worked as a Commercial Assistant in Sainsbury’s. As a commercial assistant (price control) my duties include checking the main computer in the morning before the start of trade that all new price offers have been executed successfully in system. And then completing the missing ticket walk which involves locating products on the shelves which do not have any price ticket on them. And filing the relevant reports and papers. These two duties are legal requirement for trading.
I have worked on fresh food counter in Sainsburys where I was involved in serving customers and helping them any query they have and giving them all the product details and offers that we have at that time. And maintaining high level of cleanliness of counter and personal hygiene to ensure food safety.
