Monitoring and supervised all the Activities in district
Developing social mobilization Mechanism, strategy, developing Gender empowerment strategy and its implementation for solar program. Developing Conflict Criteria and Strategy for Resolving/issue occurred among communities, consultants and contractors during the implementation of activities on the ground level, and Arrangement of Training on social and Technical aspects for the formed committees in schools and BHUs
Support field staff as needed with the proper documentation, reporting of activities, gives technical support to field staff participate i.e. Give training to LHWs ,AICs and implement programmed assessment .Capacity building, Data analysis of daily work. Mobilize local community towards ongoing projects. Arrange awareness sections with communities.
