I have more than 11 years of multi-experience in the field of Administration, Logistics and Security management at various positions. Team player and safety conscious, I am keen to apply my organizational skills on Administration, Logistics and Security departments of a dynamic company.
To look after day to day assigned Administrative tasks/issues for smoothly operation of the Organization.
To arrange and follow up of monthly payment for organization utility bills and Premises rent etc.
To arrange traveling arrangements of all staff between the area offices and other bases.
To liaison with Government departments for organization security issues and submits the required reports.
Maintain duty roster of security guards and ensure their deployments at check/tower posts.
Ensure Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures for compliance.
Actively participated in HSE supervision of ongoing routine and critical activities to keep unsafe actions and conditions at minimum level.
To ensure installation and inspection of firefighting equipment’s at all necessary places.
Look after/ check the time office, Personnel Office, Gardening, Estate, & Security
Correspondence/ coordinate with Head Office HR & Admin
Analyze and solve the problem of related to Admin/ personnel.
Look after factory fleet.
Making routine travel and transport arrangement.
To Check Daily Strength, Civil, Gardening reports.
Deal the EOBI, SESSI, Worker Welfare department.
Provide full admin support to the team and department
Perform data-entry, drafting, mailing, documentation, printing and filling duties
of Admin
Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for
recording and tracking of all documents
Support the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies
for the department
Maintain useful databases for the department.
