Planning Execution and Commissioning of 6.8MW Coal Fired Power Plant
Installation and Commissioning of 35 Ton Coal Fired CFB Boiler along with its auxiliaries.
6.8MW Steam Turbine along with its auxiliaries, Cooling Tower, Air Compressors, Water Chemical Treatment plant, Pumps, Fire Fighting system, Coal conveying System, Ash and Slag conveyer system.
Preparation of Mechanical schedules for construction, commissioning and testing of all systems.
Manage and coordinate all contractors in various areas of responsibilities to confirm successful completion.
Coordinate with other disciplines like Civil and Electrical regarding work scheduling and site related issues.
Inspection of contractor’s work in conformity with drawings and standards to ensure correctness, accuracy and precision in work executed by contractors.
Preparation of Project Status Report. Revise workplans to meet changing circumstances, needs and requirements.
