I also carry the experience of pre-opening and opening of the food & beverage departments as well as renovations, up-gradations and opening of new properties. Incharge of the Food & Beverage Division, and responsible for all tasks for the division.
It was a 200 rooms hotel with 1 restaurant, in-room dining and Banquet space to accommodate 2500 persons. I was incharge of the Food & Beverage division including Kitchen, Stewarding, Banquet Sales & Operations, and F&B Service. I was also responsible for Revenue and Expense Budget, Capital Expense Budgets, Marketing Plan, Hiring of staff, Training and Coaching, Quality Standards and Profit & Loss, of the division.
It\'s a new project for 4 banquet halls for the capacity of 2200 persons in a sit down style sitting, and one restaurant for 260 persons sitting capacity with full service menu. The project is at finishing and soft opening phase. I have completed all SOP\'s for it\'s front and back of the house operations, all financial reports and P&L sheet.
