This TOT was being conducted by shahzadi under implementation plans given bellow:
Geographical preferences was kept in mind as much as possible. this ToMTs was conducted at the DISTRICT level under the lead Trainers Ms. Shahzadi In Multiple districts of Sindh.

Ms Shahzadi has worked as a Programme officer Livelihoods and Gender at Shirkatgah Women Resource Centre for Sindh and Baluchistan provinces from 2010 to 2011. She Developed training Manuals on livelihoods issues for rural women of Sindh and Balochistan. Conducted trainings of rural women’s on livelihoods, supported women in super flood 2010. Developed women focused emergency plan for Sindh and Balochistan provinces and implemented project in both of the provinces. She was also providing support and input to senior team on policy level issues of women at provincial and national level. Shirkatgah is working on policy related issues of women especially Hudood ordinance, early childhood marriages, Karo Kari (honor killing of women), legal aid to affected women’s etc.

She has also worked with Pakistan Fisherfolk Forum as a Gender coordinator from 2008 to 2010 for Sindh and Baluchistan provinces and facilitated the process of development of gender policy and gender action plan of the organization. Supported programme development team for the gender sensitive planning and budgeting, Conducted training of women leaders on community Management training, Leadership Management training, livelihoods for women etc.

In the National Elections 2008 Ms Shahzadi had served as Master trainer for the training of presiding officers in Sindh province and trained more than 300 presiding officers regarding the roles and responsibilities and rules of elections, organized by UNDP Pakistan.

In Women’s Political School WPS, initiated by Ministry of Women’s development Pakistan Ms Shahzadi was selected as Research Analysts (RA)/ Lead Mentor funded by UNDP and NORAD from June 2006 to December 2007 for the capacity building of local bodies’ representatives especially Nazims and Naib Nazims. She conducted two days training sessions of Nazims and Naib Nazims (Elected representatives of local bodies) on gender focused planning, budgeting, effective role of women counselors in their respective constituency, Local Government Act, mechanism of decision making, need prioritization, Advocacy and Lobbying across the Sindh province. She trained more than 200 hundred Nazims and Naib Nazims of different union councils of Sindh province.

Besides, Ms Shahzadi has served as District coordinator PAIMAN at district Tando Allahyar and implemented “Strengthening of SMC” project under education sector reforms assistance programme (ESRA) funded by USAID from 2004 to 2006. She Conducted training of SMCs regarding their role and responsibilities, preparation of school improvement plan and school improvement grant. Headed more than 48 members team, construed 250 one room schools, engaged SMC members especially women in planning and decision making process.

Master Trainer for “women’s political participation project” W3P initiated by ministry of women’s development and supported by UNDP and NORAD for the capacity building of women counselors of Pakistan. She delivered trainings to women counselors on “role and responsibilities of women counselors”, “gender focused planning and budgeting” at UC, Taluka and district council level.

She had conducted trainings across the province and selected Best Master Trainer in Women’s Political participation Project (W3P) in Sindh and nominated for International study tour of Nepal from 26th October to 1st November 2003 where she met with Government officials of Nepal, mainstream Political parties, civil society organizations and Nepali Media. The objective of visit was the observation of Nepali local bodies system and women’s role and lessons learnt of the process.
