Providing counseling services to individuals from Pakistan and Afghanistan who intend to migrate or are potential migrants. This includes offering guidance and support, as well as referring migrants to relevant agencies for further assistance.
Conducting pre-departure orientation programs for outgoing migrants, which involves raising awareness about their rights and responsibilities, promoting safe and regular migration practices, and informing them about available resettlement programs announced by different countries, especially in light of the regime change in Afghanistan. Additionally, counseling sessions with Afghan refugees are conducted to address their specific needs and concerns.
Coordinating with relevant stakeholders at the federal, provincial, and district levels. This involves establishing effective communication channels and partnerships to ensure smooth collaboration and implementation of migration-related initiatives.
Engaging in the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to establish partnerships with government departments, education consultants, civil society organizations (CSOs), and universities. These partnerships help strengthen the resources and support available for migrants and contribute to the overall success of migration-related programs.
Developing content and videos for social media platforms, with a focus on migration issues. This includes managing the official WhatsApp and Facebook pages of MRC-Pakistan and hosting Facebook live sessions to provide information, raise awareness, and engage with the audience on migration-related topics.
Providing support in organizing national-level seminars and conferences on safe, legal, and informed migration. This includes contributing to the planning, coordination, and logistics of these events, which aim to promote dialogue, knowledge sharing, and best practices in migration management. Additionally, support is provided for events related to the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, which focuses on combating human trafficking.

In my previous roles, I have undertaken various responsibilities related to supervision, coordination, and documentation. Here is a breakdown of my experience in the areas you mentioned:

Supervision of Divisional and District Teams: I have supervised and provided guidance to divisional and district teams in the implementation of projects. This involved ensuring that team members were well-equipped with the necessary resources, training, and support to carry out their responsibilities effectively. I have conducted regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and provided mentorship to enhance the team\'s performance and achieve project objectives.
Assisting Technical Lead in Project Document Development: I have worked closely with the Technical Lead to develop comprehensive project documents. This includes drafting project proposals, work plans, and other relevant documents. Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I actively contributed to adapting project documents to address the specific challenges and needs arising from the crisis.
Development of Detailed Implementation Plans: I have been involved in developing detailed implementation plans for various projects. These plans outline the specific activities, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution. By creating these plans, I ensured that all project components were clearly defined, objectives were achievable, and potential risks were addressed proactively.
Coordination and Liaison with Stakeholders: I have coordinated and liaised with key stakeholders in the education, child protection, and health sectors in KPK. I have designed and delivered training programs on various topics related to project implementation, including MHPSS services, to enhance the capacity of stakeholders. Additionally, I have developed reports summarizing training outcomes, key learnings, and recommendations for further improvement. Moreover, I have provided administrative and financial support to the finance and administrative team, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting.

I was involved in various initiatives and projects, including the implementation of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Sector Program (KESP), which was the world\'s largest DFID-funded project. Additionally, I provided Technical Assistance to key stakeholders such as the Deputy Commissioner, District Education, Independent Monitoring Unit, and Health offices, focusing on capacity-building programs, policy reforms, and the implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems.
Specifically, my contributions included:

Assisted in the Implementation of KESP: I played a role in supporting the implementation of the KESP, which aimed to improve the quality and access to education in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This involved providing assistance in project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and guidelines.
Provided Technical Assistance: I provided technical assistance to various stakeholders, including the Deputy Commissioner, District Education, Independent Monitoring Unit, and Health offices. This assistance focused on capacity-building programs, policy reforms, and the implementation of monitoring systems such as Intra-district Performance Scorecards and the Integrated Performance Monitoring System.
Developed District Education Plans: I was responsible for developing District Education Plans on a yearly basis. These plans outline the strategic objectives, targets, and activities to improve education outcomes in the district.
Led and Validated Large-Scale Surveys: I led and validated large-scale surveys, observations, and guided exercises in district-level planning and coordination.

Through these activities, I have contributed to the advancement of education initiatives, supported policy reforms, and ensured effective monitoring and evaluation of programs. My experience in project implementation, technical assistance, and data analysis has been instrumental in driving positive change in the education sector.

Initiated n project in District Mardan to fortify wheat flour and carried out various field activities, which included strengthening the capacity of important stakeholders such as the Food Department, Food regulatory authorities, Health Department, Flour Mills Association, flour milling industry, and nutrition development partners. As part of the project, we also established agreements with flour mills and installed fortification equipment. Additionally, we provided support to the food departments to ensure the availability of fortified flour (Atta) in both mills and shops.

In my role, I was actively involved in project planning, implementation, budget forecasting, communication, mobilization, advocacy, and reporting. Some of my major accomplishments in these areas include:
1. Implementation of Social Support Activities: I successfully implemented social support activities as part of the program. These activities included providing financial assistance, counseling services, or other forms of support to individuals or communities in need. By coordinating and overseeing these activities, I have contributed to the overall well-being and improvement of the program beneficiaries.
2. Establishing Working Relationships with Hospital Management: I maintained close and effective working relationships with the hospital management to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities. This collaboration is essential for coordinating efforts, addressing challenges, and maximizing the impact of the project.
3. Facilitating Payment Transactions: I frequently conducted meetings with Easy Paisa vendors to ensure the smooth and timely transaction of social support payments to Multi-Drug Resistant (MDR) patients and treatment supporters. 
4. Liaising with National Tuberculosis Office: I frequently followed up with the National Tuberculosis (TB) Office in Islamabad for the transfer of social support payments.
5. Monthly and Quarterly Reporting: I have prepared and submitted comprehensive reports on the Social Support component on a monthly and quarterly basis. These reports included information on project progress, activities conducted, financial data, and other relevant details.

In my role, I focused on various areas within the education sector, and my contributions included:
1. Conducted Initial Assessments: I conducted initial assessments in numerous government schools. These assessments involved gathering data and information about the schools\' infrastructure, resources, teaching methodologies, and student performance. The purpose of these assessments was to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted intervention strategies.
2. Assisted in the Implementation of PRP: I played a key role in supporting the implementation of the Primary Reform Project (PRP), which was the world\'s largest USAID-funded project in education. As part of this project, I have provided assistance in project activities, ensuring adherence to project guidelines and timelines.
3. Delivered Trainings: As a trainer, I conducted trainings and refresher trainings specific to the PRP. These trainings were delivered to mentors, language teachers, head teachers, and academic supervisors. 
4. Developed Reading Improvement Strategies: Through regular meetings with head teachers and relevant schools\' Academic Supervisors and District Education Officers (ASDEOs), I collaborated to develop reading improvement strategies tailored to each project intervention school. 
5. Integrating Gender-Based Violence (GBV): I have ensured the integration of a gender-based violence perspective in all project activities and trainings. This involved raising awareness about GBV, promoting gender equality, and addressing the specific needs and challenges faced by girls in the education system.
6. Timely Reporting and Documentation: I have consistently submitted project intervention reports, relevant documentation, and valuable data within the specified timelines. 
Through my involvement in these activities, I have contributed to improving the quality of education, enhancing teaching methodologies, promoting gender equality, and ensuring effective project implementation.

Focus area:
During my tenure, I accomplished several significant milestones in the areas of education and community development. Some of the major accomplishments include:
1. Establishment of Community-Based Classrooms: As part of the project, led the establishment and equipping of 30 community-based classrooms. These classrooms were set up in areas where children had no access to public primary schools. Upon completion of the project, I facilitated the handover of these Early Childhood Care and Education centers to other institutions and departments, ensuring their sustainability and continued benefit to the community.
2. Training Delivery: I arranged and delivered training sessions according to the project\'s training planner. These sessions targeted government officials, communities, teachers, and project staff, and equipped them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively implement project initiatives and improve educational outcomes.
3. Mid-line Evaluation and Data Sharing: I led the mid-line evaluation survey at the district level, gathering valuable data on project progress and impact. 
4. Hiring and Training of Community Learning Workers: I successfully hired and trained 60 CLWs and CEs. These individuals played a vital role in delivering educational services and support to the community, particularly in areas with limited access to formal education.
5. Regular Reporting and Information Sharing: I ensured the regular provision of information to the management at the Head Office level. This included submitting monthly work plans, progress reports, special reports, and other relevant documentation, enabled effective monitoring and oversight of project activities.
These accomplishments reflect my ability to effectively implement educational initiatives, trained stakeholders, facilitate community engagement, and ensure regular reporting and information sharing. I am committed to driving positive change and improving educational opportunities for communities.

Focus Area:


Worked collaboratively with the Education Coordinator and Education Officer to create a comprehensive Detailed Implementation Plan, which was successfully implemented, ensuring the smooth execution of all project activities. Established 10 temporary learning schools and revitalized 20 schools that had been affected by floods and militancy, providing improved educational facilities in these areas. Conducted a series of training sessions on important subjects such as Parent-Teacher Committees (PTCs), Social Mobilization, and Child Rights Convention, enhancing the knowledge and capacity of stakeholders involved in the education sector. Maintained regular and transparent communication with the Field Office management by providing timely and informative reports, including monthly work plans, progress reports, and special reports, enabling effective monitoring and evaluation of project activities.

Focus Area

At the Circle level, I ensured the implementation of all components of Universal Primary Education indicators. One of the key areas I focused on was capacity building of teachers.
Another important aspect was the identification and mobilization of volunteers to support educational activities. I actively engaged with the community to identify individuals willing to contribute their time and expertise in promoting education. These volunteers played a crucial role in providing additional support to teachers and facilitating community involvement in school activities.
To strengthen the engagement of parents and the wider community, I worked on reactivating the Parent-Teacher Councils (PTCs). I organized meetings and workshops to raise awareness about the importance of parental involvement in education and encouraged active participation of parents in school affairs.
On a daily basis, I diligently documented program activities and progress in a detailed report. This included information on teacher training sessions, volunteer activities, PTC meetings, enrollment drives, and special events. I shared monthly reports with the District Program Manager and General Manager, providing them with comprehensive updates on the program\'s implementation, achievements, and challenges.
By ensuring the fulfillment of Universal Primary Education indicators at the Circle level and maintaining regular reporting, I contributed to the overall success and impact of the education program.
