This involved raising awareness about GBV, promoting gender equality, and addressing the specific needs and challenges faced by girls in the education system.
6. Timely Reporting and Documentation: I have consistently submitted project intervention reports, relevant documentation, and valuable data within the specified timelines.

3. Mid-line Evaluation and Data Sharing: I led the mid-line evaluation survey at the district level, gathering valuable data on project progress and impact. 
4. Hiring and Training of Community Learning Workers: I successfully hired and trained 60 CLWs and CEs. These individuals played a vital role in delivering educational services and support to the community, particularly in areas with limited access to formal education.
5. Regular Reporting and Information Sharing: I ensured the regular provision of information to the management at the Head Office level. This included submitting monthly work plans, progress reports, special reports, and other relevant documentation, enabled effective monitoring and oversight of project activities.

At the Circle level, I ensured the implementation of all components of Universal Primary Education indicators. One of the key areas I focused on was capacity building of teachers.
Another important aspect was the identification and mobilization of volunteers to support educational activities. I actively engaged with the community to identify individuals willing to contribute their time and expertise in promoting education. These volunteers played a crucial role in providing additional support to teachers and facilitating community involvement in school activities.
To strengthen the engagement of parents and the wider community, I worked on reactivating the Parent-Teacher Councils (PTCs). I organized meetings and workshops to raise awareness about the importance of parental involvement in education and encouraged active participation of parents in school affairs.
On a daily basis, I diligently documented program activities and progress in a detailed report. This included information on teacher training sessions, volunteer activities, PTC meetings, enrollment drives, and special events. I shared monthly reports with the District Program Manager and General Manager, providing them with comprehensive updates on the program\'s implementation, achievements, and challenges.
