FOOD DRIVE – Fast Food Restaurant
Established a business venture by acquiring a fast-food restaurant in the prominent area of Kohat Cantt.  Day-to-day operations at the restaurant included the procurement, overseeing sales and marketing activities, including social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, managing accounts & cash flow, and staff recruitment, training & supervision. During its peak, the restaurant achieved a 50% profit margin with monthly sales ranging from 12 to 15 lacs approximately. Achievement included setting up an additional branch within 1 year of acquisition due to increases demand/ sales with effective marketing & sales strategy. However, the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and challenging economic conditions in the country led to financial losses, eventually prompting the decision to sell the restaurant. Despite the business\'s downturn, this venture provided numerous valuable lessons and experiences, contributing significantly to both professional and personal growth that might not have been possible otherwise.
