I am innovative, dynamic, and results-driven development professional, with 17 years’ experience in project management, institutional strengthening, capacity building, M&E, coordination, and administration. I have been involved in the design, development and management of development projects in challenging environments of FATA and KPK province of Pakistan in the fields of capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, education, adult literacy, project implementation, and community mobilization, child protection and its wellbeing.


I am Master in Project Management from Abasyn University and have done my computer science from Peshawar University. Currently I’m working with Help In Need as Manager Quality Assurance and Program Development based in head office Islamabad. I recently resigned from Pakistan Red Crescent Society as district Secretary Bannu, where I looked after several projects funded by ICRC, IFRC, Norcross, UN-OCHA and IRC. I have completed short term project of construction of Transitional shelter project for TDPs of North Waziristan Agency living in district Bannu funded by Concern Worldwide Rapid. Before this I was working with IOM Pakistan Transition Initiative program a project of USAID funded as Deputy Area Development Officer dealing with infrastructure development in war affected zone with Political Administration. My previous engagements include working as MER-KPK with Muslim Aid (UK), M&E Roving with Creative Associates International Inc, Tram leader /Master Trainer with RISE project and as DLC with NCHD.


I worked in the areas of Operations, Health, Program and project management, Early recovery programs, Monitoring & Evaluation, data management & analysis, Capacity building, emergency operations, IDP’s, Camp management, Cash programs, Community driven development (CDD), Food security & Livelihood.


An enthusiastic and versatile master’s graduate, with strong academic and practical experience within the development sector (NGOs).  A focused and proactive person adopting a motivated and positive approach to all tasks, with a commitment to deliver the highest standards of services at all times, possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to any situation and priorities tasks.  A resourceful and organized person, key assets are strong analytical attention to detail, the ability to communicate at all levels and a natural facility to work effectively under pressure.
