- Understand technical project / site scope and translate them into actionable project plans with timelines and cost (budgeting).
- Identify, secure and manage resources to execute projects - Service Contracting
- Analyze the financial aspects of projects such as Utilization of Capex budget and the progress over planned vs. actual budget.
- Overview the non-financial aspects of the projects such as project schedule, current development backlog, deviation of planned budget and percentage of milestones missed.
- Liaison with internal stakeholder like COO, finance, Supply Chain, Operations and external stakeholders such as consultants, vendors, contractors etc.
- Monitor and update relevant stakeholders on project progress. Identify, report and resolve issues and risks.
- Preparation and management of project budgets

- Ensuring uninterrupted material supply through strong systematic monitoring via display boards and ERP, maintaining optimum inventory level through efficient ordering system and close collaboration with all stake holders, savings cost by striking best deals through rigorous negotiations and long term contracts, while enhancing team’s caliber and keep them motivated.
- Performing cost comparison for both local and import suppliers.
- Personally visit all vendors once or twice a year to maintain good relationship and signing contract agreement for
smooth deliveries and payments
- Searching direct source suppliers and make agreements for smooth business.
- Look after purchase order approvals on routine basis and verify that the routine purchasing is being done on Fixed

- Manage the import process, and ensures compliance with Customs rules and regulations.
- Expedites the flow of shipment to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation. Oversees the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.
- Determine customs tariffs to give expected landed cost for ongoing research projects.
- Negotiates with carriers, or clearing agents to determine tariffs which should be in the interests of the company at all times.
- Put up three comparison costing against each shipment.
- Making sure timely payments to suppliers, carriers, or clearing agents.
- Making sure that the products and commodities arrive within the given time
- Responsible to deliver the shipment to concern department and handover them properly.

- Liaison with foreign suppliers for scheduling cargo readiness, ordering for export etc.,
- Liaison with Shipping lines, monitoring cargo / vessels ahead of arrival.

- To monitor and manage LC establishments, contract renewals, supplier payments, etc.
- To analyze Customs Act, SROs, PCT/HS Codes, Import & Trade Policies & Procedures.
- To manage distribution arrangement and logistics activities for Import shipments.
- To manage clearing agent and in-land transporter contracts, delivery of cargo, contract renewal,
and payments.

- Managing throughout import cycle including Tracking, GD filling, Bank Procedures, until the final clearance.
- Liaison with foreign suppliers.
- Classification of goods according to tariff coding system and monitoring product import processes to ensure
compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
- Maintaining Accounts ledger for Custom agents and transporters through OAS CLIMAX SYSTEM.
