·   Preparation of cable lengths (through drawings and auto cad for interconnection of panels and equipment) and estimate of material i.e., conductor and accessories.
·   Inspection of Electrical & Civil Works for 220kV/132kV GIS Ghazi Road Grid Station.
·   Preparation of Completion Report for 220kV/132kV GIS Ghazi Road Grid Station.
·   Commissioned Different Grid Stations for QESCO, FIEDMC & TESCO.

Assure smooth operation of maintenance of powerhouse gas generator.Check, test, and maintenance of L.T/H.T panels, generators, transformers, etc.List down necessary records/readings i.e., reactive power, power factor adjustment, kilowatt-hours, etc.Check and assure uninterrupted machine operation in the kitchen and laundry. Confirming smooth operation.Trouble-free operation of lifts.Check and maintain uninterrupted power supply (U.P.S) to medical equipment (cobalt, linearaccelerator & C.T. Scan).Assure preventive measures for standby generators, operation, and supply systems.Perform tests on the control panel of the fire alarm system confirming the system\'s effectiveness.Assist all kinds of maintenance works.Conduct training sessions for junior electrical operation and maintenance staff.

Testing/Commissioning of 132 kV Grid Station.Preparation of BOQs from Single Line Diagram of Substation/Grid Station.Evaluate technical data/drawings for substation equipment to confirm the compliance of NTDC designparameters/specifications.Assist in Tender & Bid Evaluation of Grid Station Equipment.Preparation of coordinates (transmission line towers of 132kV and 220kV) from the points given andestimate of material i.e., conductor and accessories.

Site engineer, Punjab Safe City Project; inspection, jointing & labeling of cables, accessories checking of hand and main holes, verification of cable length of 16, 48 & 96F, checking and re-verification of civil and electrical works of poles, cameras, out pits, cables and other gadgets, etc.Check the physical works as per the AutoCAD Drawing, and omissions got rectified by the contractor.

Collection and analysis of unit prices of material & equipment of 220kV/132kV substation and 220kV transmission line.
Assisted in the estimation of project cost i.e. electrical material and equipment, civil works, erection, and commissioning.
Assisted in the technical design of 220/132 kV grid substation & 220kV transmission line.
Checking and supervising of construction of 220/132 kV grid substation & 220kV transmission line.

This work was carried out in respect of the Power Transmission Enhancement Investment Program (Tranche-IV) under the Asian Development Bank (ADB), loan no. 37192-044 PAK.

·   Educational visit to Manufacturing concerns: PEL, TRANSFOPOWER, TRANSFAB, KBK, CREATIVE Group of Companies & ELMETEC.
·   Got acquaintance with the manufacturing of Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, 11kV Distribution Panels, Switch-Gears for Power Distribution System, Energy Meters, Current (CT) & Potential Transformer (PT), and also Cable Manufacturing Factory (FAST and Newage).
·   15 days at NTDC System Protection department to learn theoretical concepts relating to Electrical Protection Gears i.e. Relays, Circuit Breakers & Batteries.
