• Assisting the TL with the overall technical, financial and administrative management and planning of the project activities
• Coordinating with the preparation and annual revision of the provincial specific Educational Infrastructure Strategic Plan (EISP), management and technical manuals and School Development Plan formats
• Responsibilities include capacity building and stakeholder engagement at Provincial and District Level
