• Monitoring and tracking of Project schedule according to project baseline.
• Developing and monitoring latest project schedule and cost forecasts.
• Preparation of plan using Primavera P6 Project Planner.
• Devising strategies to overcome roadblocks or delays through various methods such as using industry related technical and commercial knowledge, innovating short cuts or alternative ways, improvising with available resources, scheduling overtime to meet the deadline etc.
• Critically monitor execution by analyzing progress and efficiency reports and to suggest appropriate and timely corrective action for achieving of project objectives, targets and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Keeping a close watch on man-hours required vs actual.
• To attend all meetings. Which involve discussions of any matters, which could affect the schedule

• Electrically and mechanically trouble shooting of electro-mechanical equipment as per technical specifications.
• Maintaining the maintenance and service packages of equipment.
• Dealing with the consultant for the purpose of handing over the equipment.
• Making BOQs as per given electrical, mechanical and civil drawings.
• Making Quotations as per requirements.
• Coordination with Site supervisors and staff.
• Able to handle Maximum site work.
• Meeting with clients up to completions of projects as per there standards and their demands.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
• Preparing of Estimation & prepare quotations.
• Presenting the report to Operational Manager for daily discussion.

• Stringing of 132KV Double Circuit Single bundle Transmission line.
• Erection of 132KV Transmission Line according to specification
• Inspection of Tower (Erection, Tightening, Welding)
• Inspection of material receiving at store
• Developing budgets, including preparing construction bids for labor, materials and equipment.
• Provide project status updates and field technical inquiries
• Scheduling materials deliveries and assisting with contract negotiations
• Lays out plans and estimates costs for constructing transmission lines
• Performs detailed engineering calculations to draw up construction specifications, such as cable sag, pole strength, and necessary grounding.
• Estimates labor, material, and construction costs, and draws up specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
• Keeps informed on new developments in electric power transmission.
• Assists various departments of Power Company on problems involving transmission-line operation and maintenance.
• Presenting the report to Chief Deputy Engineer for daily discussion.
