Develop session plans and execute trainings in accordance with the designed criteria and session plan.
Supported by the training assistant, responsible for the preparation of the materials and equipment for each training event. Ensure that the required materials are available at the venue on time, including photocopied handouts, participant’s kits, enumerators List, and mobile phones. Organizing required stationery and ensuring audio-visual equipment is available and in working condition.
Ensure availability of Field Manual in Urdu for Field Staff, Questionnaire, Log Sheets and Other relevant material as provided by the Training Section.
Review of training contents before the start of the training session, and provide feedback to the training section.
Ensure the quality of training in terms of preparation, delivery and effectiveness.
Document lessons learned and best practices for curriculum development.
Responsible for maintaining soft and hard copies of up-to-date training materials.
Provide feedback and arrange debriefingsession with co-trainer, training and logistic assistants at each day-end of the training session.
Deal with the logistical aspect of the training, visit training venue to ensure the arrangements at least one day before training, in coordination with the National Logistic Manager.
Ensure the efficient administration and smooth running of the training by supervising training and logistic assistants during the training, coordinate with control room for daily training attendance sheet and PRE & POST test timings.
Ensure the processing and submission of PRE & POST test and evaluation forms.
Ensure timely submission of training reports, training assistant assessment and attendance after training.
Ensure the accurate recording of participant informationand timely submission ofattendance sheets/ registration sheets (hard &soft copy) to control room, with support of training assistant.
Ensure timely submission of HR Documents including signed contract and hiring forms along with required credentials to HR section.
Monitor expenditure and ensure the timely submission of training expense booklet.
Coordination with the participants, if requires.
Any other tasks or duties as required by the line manager or management

To support the EHS Manager in the practical implementation of the EHS Safety Plan and supporting documents.

Provide support to field supervision, provide technical guidance ensuring Construction industry best practices are adhered to on site as a minimum requirements.

Perform periodic inspections, audits in accordance to the project.

EHS schedule actively participate the project Training and People Based Safety program.

Attend EHS meetings, with client, supervisors and workers as necessary.

Ensure risk assessments, method statements are performed periodically throughout the project.
