Handling customer queries related to technical specifications of the product;
Coordination with Production Planning & Control (PPC) department for delivery dates, lead times & stock availability;
Preparation of Mill Advice & Sales Contract on SAP Business One;
Order management including follow-ups on the production & dispatch status;
Negotiation with freight forwarders on freight rates;
Preparation & submission of sales funnel to Production Planning & Control department for demand assessment & planning;
