Being a Assistant Manager Administration/IR and security is responsible to manage,develop, implement and evaluate company wide security and risk management program to ensure facility security, employee, visitors and assets for the plant. strengthen relationship with civic, law enforcement agencies, media circles and other internal and external stakeholders. I am also responsible to implement administration strategy to meet corporate objectives.

Administration
. Maintaining working relationships with various Govt departments, Civil Administration and statutory bodies to ensure smooth functioning and necessary compliance with all applicable laws.
Monitoring security function of the plant while safeguarding personnel and plant
.Overseeing administration and facilities management (Office administration transport, reception, office gate, weighbridge,sanitation, gardening, dispensary, Canteen, labour camps and management hostel.
Security
. Evaluating current security situation on going basis and bringing improvements in controls that will ensure robust and highest level of security to employees, visitors and assets at plant.
. collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and take appropriate measures to effectively manage crisis situations.
. identifying risk analize data received from both external and internal sources and advise management on risks mitigation plan.
.Providing leadership on various security and public relations committees acting in an advisory capacity.
. Developing and implementing a security training policy and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to be ensure security compliance.
Engagement and stakeholders Management
.working with plant management team to develop and implement identified action plans.
.Supporting leadership team in embedding company vision, mission corporate policies on business conduct, environment, health and safety, functional SOP\'s, suppliers code of conduct,systems.
