In Our Distribution Company we serve our customer Maintenance service against their Machinery and Equipments.We Provide services in the field of Plastic Injection Molding Industries and Mold Making industries Provides Machines and equipments and their Consumables which are using in those industries.
Injection Molding Machines , CNC Machines, Grinding Machines, Workshop Machineries , EDM\'s , Wirecut etc.
My Responsiblity is to Manage Maintenance activities on supplied Machinery or On Ground stock Machines to Complete required work and then Delivered Machines to Customers.

Mechanical Maintenance

Worked as a mechanical technician in maintenance and services department.

Worked as sales and marketing officer in sales department.

Operate Brake Press Machine in fabrication department.
Arrange the multiple setups for different types of products.
Make the product and maintain the dimension according to the drawings.
Maintain Product on hourly basis to achieve the daily targets.

Responsible for CNC Section Production team performance.
lead and organize scheduling analyze production priorities.
Coordinate for inventory requirements with assembly lines.
Problems solving and decision making on ways to decrease cycle time and efficiency of setups.
properly perform the machining process from raw material to finished goods.
Monitor the problems in production process and flow, trace problems and solve them.
Check the accuracy pf product by Calibrated instruments with references of drawings.
