QHSE & Compliance Professional having more than 7 years of extensive experience with leading teams of the industry and having successfully completed installation of worth PKRs 50 million HSE project at GFG group and completed about 08 independent QHSE consultancy/advisory projects
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Food Safety, Social & other applicable standards - Conduct internal audits of IMS (9001, 14001, 45001, FSSC 22000 & HACCP), SEDEX SMETA 6.1 & BRCGS standard audits for compliance in accordance to the requirements
- Responsible to Providing Site Induction Training to employees and ensure daily Tool box talk prior start of activity.
- Devise HSE plans, monitor practices to ensure compliance and responds to emergencies as needed.
- Analysing reports of accidents/near misses to find out the root causes and prepare corrective action plan.
- Follow up of corrective action plan to avoid the recurrence of incidents. - Ensuring the compliance of PTW precautions.
- Conducting Risk assessment of Site and preparing JSA.
- Ensure a positive attitude with all personnel to ensure the safety standards are complied with continual improvements.
- Inspection of Permit to work along with attached documents at site during work and witnessing, training & monitoring Tool Box Talk.
Develop, implement and improve QHSE management systems, processes and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & OSHAD-SF.
● Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organisation and promotes HSE awareness through various communication channels i.e. TBT, inductions, training, campaigns, flyers, discussions, emails etc. in consultation with all relevant departments.
● Prepare QHSE documentation for clients/projects as per the requirements and in consultation with the BD / Operations team.
● Undertake QHSE inspections internally and with third parties (contractors) as per the approved inspection program of the company. Follows up on the preventive and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitors the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments.
● Develops, facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team.
● Develops, implements and encourages the behavioural based safety culture in the organization through safe job observations and top management inspections.
● Support other QHSE staff and contract managers as and when required.
● Actively participate in the HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management.
- Conduct Quality Management System audits for compliance
- Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality requirements
- Coordination with clients for scheduling audits, handling clients’ concerns
- Assist audit team in developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed
- Ensuring any non-conformities are listed on the appropriate non-conformities log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate party
- Provide QHSE consultancy and training against ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & HACCP
- Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
