On 13th May 2012, I was promoted as Team Leader. The new job description included live call monitoring of team members, providing feedback, assuring high install rate of services sold, assuring quality standards are followed by team members, reducing the cancellation rate and managing various reports. Promoted as Supervisor on 1st September 2012. Following were the major roles and responsibilities

• To manage a team in a balanced manner where the sales executives were motivated enough to achieve the monthly target and maintain their KPIs

• Assure that the executives maintain high call quality and avoid from slamming, scamming or any fraudulent activity like misrepresentation or under information etc.

• Maintain various reports and forward them to Manager on weekly basis
• It was my job to train the team on product knowledge especially any newly introduced product and / or policy / procedure and provide guidance on as and when required basis.
• Supervisors were also responsible to manage petty cash and conduct extra-curricular activities.
