Key Duties and Responsibilities
Working Under Project Director and Project Manager of CPEC Pakage-1.
Prepare monthly, quarterly financial reports on Oracle 11i Financials E-Business Suite.
Sharing all Financial Report with PDKPK Head Office.
Responsible for Preparing Financial statements at the end of each month and sharing with PD KPK Head
Office.
Prepare financial analysis, KPI and cost reports as required.
Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
Sharing MMR- Monthly Monitoring Report with PDKPK Head Office.
Initiating minute Sheet s for all types of contingent bills.
Handling Cash in hand (Petty cash) up to 5 million.
Budget Preparation.
Review all Fuel Reports, Inventory, Expandable & Non Expandable items.
Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts on a monthly basis and at year end.
Payroll - assist with basic payroll-related tasks where required.
As part of the Finance Team, provide some general assistance as required such as Welcoming visitors to the
office, handling merchandise and dealing with general phone calls.

• Working as a Management Accountant with a UK client and helping in reviewing cost for his upcoming proposal and analyzing his previous cost. Preparing budgets for the client and cash flow forecasts.
