Managing and assisting Branch Operation Manager to provide timely and accurate customer services.
Responsible for Processing Online Funds Transfer, Remittances.
Responsible for Lodgment & settlement of Local Bills and Inward & Outward Bills for Collection, Lodgment of ATM Claims and its timely settlement, Issuance of Debit Cards.
Assist Branch Operation Manager in the resolution of queries/issues pertaining to different areas of the branch.
Posting of relevant accounting entries for branch liabilities, assets, income and expense.
Assist Branch Operation Manager in Timely and accurate preparation/submission of all MIS as directed by the various department/agencies.
Assist Branch Operation Manager in Preparation, submission and analysis of reports relating to Account Opened and Accounts Closed during the month.
Maintaining of quality work through proper control, Audit, Management, and dedication to work ethics.
Key Accountabilites & Responsibilities :
Helping customer Answering questions regarding the bank products and services.
Researching and solving issues.
Inputting customer and bank data.
Process all cash transactions taking place in the bank.
Maintain accurate details of each transaction.
Make precise entries into the banking system.
Balance the currency, validate deposit slips, draft issuances, bills of exchange, etc.
Tally the full cash amount at the end of each day.
