Supply Chain Managment                                                                                                              make sure that the material purchase at a reasonable price and supply to the store properly and maintain smooth record of the stock , the record maintain through proper sheet in excel to make sure the in and out of the stock through FIFO policy. properly check the material quality and purchasing price . also looking for the new vendor to have more option of vendor if needed in future.
