Currently working in MTBC - Medical Transcription and Billing Company as Client Service Executive in Claims & Eligibility department also known as claims examiners, or claims consultants, their main responsibilities include processing claims, negotiating settlements, verifying insurance coverage, and reviewing insurance cases.
Handle Inbound and Outbound calls with Medical Insurance companies. Communicate with insurance companies for all types of claim related queries. Handle patient’s eligibility, benefits and authorization verification project. Communicate with insurance companies while adhering to the Information security guidelines. Accomplish assigned tasks according to the priority set by Team leader/ Supervisor. Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external entities. Provide daily signoff to Team leader/ Supervisor at day end. Shift duration is 9 hours a day and 5 days a week. Shift operates between Evening and Night time. Implement and act in accordance with MTBC’s information security and privacy policies. Ensure compliance with information security responsibilities specific to your job role. Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference. Any other task assigned by the Team leader/ Supervisor.
