• Resident Engineer at Ufone, responsible for providing 24/7 technical and operational support and manage complete IT setup across Ufone PTML network nationwide.
• Configuring and administrating Network Equipment like Routers and Switches deployed at nationwide sites like Zonal Offices, MSCs, Data Centers and Service Centers. 
• Installation, configuration and administration of various Switches & Routers to improve enterprise systems.
• Configuring and administering of IP Sec VPN Tunnels with third party vendors & business partners for VAS services and DMZ access.

Tasks
 Install and operate various dialers, setup user IDs and campaigns, data Scrubbing and uploading, control call flow and various other variables on dialers, also use to do live monitoring on dialers and keep record of daily performance reports and logs.
 Manage Active directory and FTP servers.
 Responsible for computer assembling, installation and configuration of the peripherals, hardware components, printer, scanner and drivers, and the installation of operating System and application software according to different user standards.
 Accountable for providing real time support to client computes and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and resolve all user end issues like login error, printing dilemma, and connectivity problem.
 Create local computer profiles on each client computer. Configure local network settings and configure wired and wireless connectivity on user computers.

Network administration and providing technical support to north region (600 branches and 200 offsites) which includes:
 Monitored live network performance on WhatsUp Gold and Solarwinds to ensure system availability and provided IT support of branches and offsite ATMs.
 Provided media support to branches and troubleshooted various types of telecom media like FIBER, WI-MAX, P2MP, CDMA, VSAT, DSL and DXX.
 Done Configuration, testing and deployment of primary and backup links at branches and configuration of IOS on Cisco and JUNOS on Juniper devices.
 Operated various Cisco switches like Catalyst 1900, 2960, 3560 and Juniper routers like SSG-5, SSG-20, SSG-140, SRX-100, SRX-210.
