Preparation of all tax records on IRIS, E-FBR, SRB, and PRA from start to finish.
Assist management in tax audits including drafting responses to department queries.
Prepare tax account reconciliation & ensure tax balances are well supported with work papers.
Interpreting and complying with Federal & Provincial rules & regulation in co-ordination with Tax Consultants.

Responsible for the overall performance of the financial activities with respect to expenses through SAP Business 1.
Prepare and process export documents through WEBOC.
Participated in implementation of SAP B1 in Retail division.
Responsible of maintaining company secretarial documents and ensure proper filling every year manually.
Producing financial reports related to cash flows, account payables, expenses etc.
Conduct internal audit for stock count of all stations.

• All the above tasks done through CIS (ERP) and Xero.
