Management of the workflow of the district team Assessing the work performance of the district employees at the district and PPS level for timely taking measures to align it with the Project goals and objectives, Coordination with the district level stakeholders and provincial office Weekly reporting of the district level performance to Project Manager Responsible for outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training of the District and PPS level human resource in coordination with the Provincial Team All types of documentation organized in files and kept in the district office Data collection, compilation and submission to Provincial office as per requirements Ensuring all project timelines are met. Maintaining attendance records of all the Project human resources at the district level and timely submission to the HR Department, safeguarding the assets and inventory of the project and ensuring the record is kept up to date. Develop and oversee the dissemination of materials and messages on LLINs, and care-seeking behaviour; Plan and oversee public animations integrating messages on LLIN use; Oversee training of health facility staff in communications skills, provision of talks in health facilities and in the use of IEC materials developed by the project; Oversee training of community leaders and community health workers in communication skills and delivery of messages on malaria prevention; Train members of the press corps and mass media in malaria control and its importance; propose changes to these on the basis of the findings Plan and support local meetings with community, religious, political and military leaders.

Provide assistance to the NMCP for the development of National guidelines on LLIN distribution planning and management. Prepare and submit on time all internal progress reports accounting for the distribution of LLINs. Prepare and submit final reports (programmatic, technical and financial) and ensure that external reports are of high quality. Coordinate with the LLIN Project Officers and field staff to ensure that the programme monitoring and evaluation plan is executed according to protocol. Work with the M&E Coordinator to develop effective reporting tools to capture the required data during distribution activities. Conduct operational research on the distribution to capture and record lessons learned.
