 Stitching Packaging Accessories Customer planning and procurement of Material of Stitching.

 Operations Support like procurement of Tools Machine, Machine parts and General Items.

 Negotiation of Rates with suppliers / Vendors and Compare the price also quality and finalize with lowest price to procurement the items in fever of GA.

 Develop new suppliers / vendors.

 To manage the payment of suppliers co-ordination with finance team.

 Minimize Cash Purchases.

 To ensure that the purchased items are received on time and confirm to quality & specifications as given in PR & PO.

 Continuous & constant efforts for cost saving.

 Facilitating AM-Systems & Controls in developing procedures to improve procurement practices.

 Conducting analysis of historic procurement data and using for Cost cutting & critical decision making.
 Implementation of strategies across the board to Improve Cost, lead times, follow up and sourcing.

 Designing and Implementation of effective controls over procurement in the area of operations support Tools, General Items, Machines and his parts & overall supply chain.
Stitching and Packaging Accessories Planning.

 Development and counter development of stitching and packaging accessories.

 Providing updated status of approvals, ordering and deliveries to all the internal stakeholders.

 Leading the Nationwide Logistics & Warehouse operations (FG & Raw Material Warehouse Locations along with multiple outsourced warehouses through team located in different regions 12 direct, 4 indirect and 60+ labor staff for delivering Supply Chain KPI’s including service level fulfillment, Order Management, Logistic Planning, Channel management, Inventory Management (MRP), Warehouse management, Warehouse losses control, Inventory carrying cost. Modeling annual Capex / Budget Plan and 5 Year Strategy Development.
 Inventory management: Cycle counts, warehouse Audits with finance and Monthly stock audit for inventory control, accuracy and continuous improvement

 Logistics Management.

 To Lean the logistics operations by eliminating redundant steps, reduce the touch points, carbon footprint, transit time and cost.
 Implement overland courier model for sustained cost saving and improved customer services of door to door delivery.
 Logistic planning and Execution, to Negotiate with transporters and vendors to manage smooth operations at optimal cost with company maintain transport.
 Ensure on Time dispatch of FG Products to Distributors as per Sales order within 72 Hours maintaining OFR/PFR of 95% and transit damages less than 0.045%.
 Logistics management; inbound & outbound including Cranes, Fork lifters, Trucks

 Manage the 3 Location of co-packers at Karachi and 2 up country as an inventory planner, responsible of all promotion activity and responsibility of all co-packers FG productions and inventory.
 Managed the Co-packers daily production and inventory as per daily requirement also plan the monthly forecast of co-packers similarly plan the monthly raw and packing materials requirement.
 Coordinate with suppliers to deliver the RM/PM daily biases and also circulate the daily production and dispatch data to concern planner and warehouse manager to update daily records.
 Managed the monthly physical stock count with external/External finance auditors on Co-packers locations every month end.
 Reconciliation the inventory of every co-packer at the every month end and any short fall and excess update in the JDE system as per requirement after approval as per company polices.

 Leading the Nationwide Logistics & Warehouse operations (F.G Warehouse Locations along with multiple outsourced warehouses / Transporters through team located in different regions 15 direct,7 indirect and 50+ labors staff for delivering Logistics KPI’s including service level fulfillment, Order Management, Logistic management, Inventory Management Warehouse management, Warehouse losses control, Inventory carrying cost. Modeling SOP, Plan and Staff / labors JDE and yearly Strategy / Development.

 The job includes all activities relating to Logistics i.e. Dispatches of Finished Products from production to warehouse biased at Karachi and up country after arranging of containers from transporters and deliver to all location / distributors as per the schedules fixed by the marketing and Sales. Also Manage 10 to 12 Country Export finished Goods dispatches as per respective country rules and requirements.

 Logistic planning and Execution, to Negotiate with transporters and vendors to manage smooth operations at optimal cost every six month also negotiate with new Transporters to summarized their fright similarly logged these transporters monthly bills as per company polices and also follow these payment with finance each month end till the payment time.

 Ensure on Time dispatch of F.G Products to Distributors as per Sales order within 2days time up country and 1 day local maintaining OFR/PFR of 97% and transit damages less than 0.050%.

 Ensure warehouse conditions and operations as per HSE / GMP / Quality assurance guideline and company standards.

 Warehouse operations management for Raw / Packaging materials of Pharmaceuticals and Household. Responsible for Smooth Operations from Order Execution to Dispatch with minimum WH loses / Damages and maximum Dock output with inventory accuracy and FIFO compliance (Raw WH – 5 Locations 58,000 Sq. ft. & Cold storage – 2 Locations 35,000 bags / 500 no’s flammable drums) and also manager micro RM below 15degree Temperatures.
 Issued the Raw / Packing Materials to production daily biases as per requirement through JDE Computer system and update throughout daily. The job includes all activities relating to Raw / Packing Material Receiving from suppliers and issuance to productions from warehouse biased at Karachi factory. Managed the offloading RM/PM with direct and temporary workers at the factory warehouse also co-ordinate with suppliers and transporters as well
 Managing inventory of more than 300 SKUs and 2000 CSKUs imported and locally produced via toll sites, along with 500 Raw and Packing materials, maintaining optimum inventory coverage days and providing delivery schedules.
 Inventory management: Cycle counts; warehouse Audits and Monthly stock audit for inventory control, accuracy and continuous improvement.
 Establish material tracking and informational flow for efficient operations.
 Analyzing data to improve inventory, monitor performance, plan improvements and on time deliveries.

 Maintain of local & foreign machinery, spare parts & consumable items machine wise equipment’s with safety stocks as per requirement of engineering departments and look after all NPS items stocks daily biases through computerized system.
 Negotiates with overall Pakistan Suppliers and Purchase all NPS engineering items from markets as well and meet the full fill requirements of all factory departments.

 Procurements.
 Purchase NPS / Engaging items as per inventory levels; Ensure supply & payment with vendors.
 To analyze new vendors and register them with clients as per market requirements.
 Generating, processing Enquiries & providing Quotations from Suppliers.
 Purchasing/sourcing of industrial equipments, machinery and spare parts.
 Keeping and Managing list of demand and supplies to various clients.
 Collect all bill from suppliers and also factory all relevant departments after supply of items.
 Log all bills every month and sent to finance for payment as well.
