Provide visible leadership in developing and driving HSE policies, systems and procedures to ensure zero injury through compliance of Corporate HSE management system and CEP guidelines

Managing Safety Committee Meetings, Safety Walks and weekly Progress Meetings
Accident Investigation with root cause and contributory findings. Analysis & implementing recommendations for avoiding recurrences
Overall supervision of building maintenance operations including civil and plumbing work
Carrying out Calibration, validation of Instruments and load testing of Racks
Carrying out preventive and breakdown mechanical maintenance activities
Assisting in operations and maintenance of HVAC, Compressed air, water supply and steam generation system
Following up and Managing Daily Job Order system of overall Maintenance Department

Rigging, installation and commissioning of 4 no of Air Blowers on WWTP worth PKR 2 million
Supervised project for installation of pipelining for steam condensate recovery, which improved the efficiency
of Boiler by 40% and saved up to PKR 0.2 million per annum.
Provided technical support for Liquid Line Project for Installation of new liquid line worth PKR 30 million which
includes rigging work, commissioning of new machine, dismantling and relocation of old liquid line, HVAC
ducting, installation of AHUs, civil work for developing new area in GMP compliant condition
Enhanced manufacturing capacity by Installation of two no of 10,000 Liters Vessels worth PKR 15 million
