I hold a master's degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, as well as a certification in Price2 Foundation.
Previously, I was working as a manager at Loaded Gourmet Burgers, London for over 9 months where my responsibilities included inventory management, payroll administration, preparing operational reports on a weekly basis and improving productivity and efficiency while reducing costs. I have also been employed as a supervisor at Lavish Spa, Malaysia where I overlooked a team of staff members and also interacted with over 60 clients daily which have helped strengthen my leadership and interpersonal skills. My duties also included coordinating communications between the sales, accounting and management departments. I am also proficient in MS Office and basic SAP handling and process integration which was a module in my degree program.
