• Online/Offline Rectification of RMS in coordination with Field Operations.
• Installed Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) with the help of technicians and on my own.
• Troubleshoot the faulty hardware and repaired it.
• Keeping records of the Online and Offline Hardware in the Excel sheet.
• Making reports for the concerned departments on the time provided by them.
• Making BOQs with Project Managers and on my own.
• Prepared presentations for the meetings with clients.
• Keeping online records of the installed RMS.
