Responsibilities
Maintaining all Local & Export Accounts, (Receivables, Payable, Expenses etc)
Maintaining all bank accounts.
Maintaining ledgers of all sales & purchases (Local & Export)
Maintaining all Local & Export Sales. (Orders & Its Execution)
Followup for payments from customers.
Scheduling Local & International Orders.
Scheduling Vendor Payments.
Maintaining all the inventory.
Monthly Closing Activities (Expenses, Purchases & Inventory)
Responsible for preparing monthly salaries of Staff & Contractors
Update Contractors Rates and make sure all the agreements are available and up to date
Run Daily Productions in System
Run Daily Sales in System (Local & International)
Report to CEO on Sales, Purchases, Accounts Payable, Expenses & Inventory
Responsible for monthly & annual closing.
Track Sales Team through Tracking Sysytem.
Monitoring Daily sales of every employee individually.
Maintain Sales Reports (Local & International)
Any Other Task Assigned by the Management.

Checking & Verifying all the purchases (Registered/Un-Registered)
Checking & Verifying Import Export Bills, GDs & Commercial Invoices
Co-ordination and meetings with Suppliers on regular basis regarding Deliveries, Invoices, Payments
Follow up of all the Purchase Invoices
Scheduling Vendor Payments
Monthly Closing Activities (Expenses, Purchases & Inventory)
