Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Call potential clients to expand their customer base
Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage
Explain the features of various policies
Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients Handle policy renewals
Maintain electronic and paper records Help policyholders settle claims
Assists the President/CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the staff.
Communicates directly and on behalf of the President/CEO with Board members, donors, foundation staff, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed. (See Board Support.)
Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with donors and prospects.
Provides data by operating a computer.
Determines sequence of operations by studying production schedule.
Performs defined tasks per documented instructions/processes.
Makes appropriate changes to the documentation, as needed.
Monitors and manipulates daily system jobs.
Starts operations by entering commands.
Maintains incident logs for all monitored systems.
Resolves user problems by answering questions and requests.
Responds to incoming telephone calls, email, and voice mails.
