خلاصہ

I am working with CDMSD since January 2016. Successful facilitation and execution of training workshop, Material Development for different trainings, Provision of assistance in Identification of training opportunities and development of technical and financial proposals for training assignments are the domain of my work in the CDMSD. Besides that my role is to provide high quality training to clients as per their requirements and to maintain effective communication with clients to establish training needs. I am also responsible to evaluate the effectiveness of training and modification of materials as appropriate and to develop and maintain training material to the highest standards. I also possess substantial knowledge and experience in monitoring & evaluation, baseline studies/need assessment, sampling, surveys administration, qualitative and quantitative research. Field data collection & supervision, data analysis and report writing. I have been a part in different training e.g. Community Management Skills training (CMST), Training of service providers on gender, HIV&AIDS, natural resource management and disaster risk reduction for improved and sustainable delivery of services. I was also a part in the training of Financial Management and Proposal Writing, Advocacy and lobbying, Pro-Poor Planning, project implementation and M&E approaches and Training of LSOs on deliver policy making process and regulations. I was involved in the health, DRR, WASH survey in different areas of Sindh.
