· Collaborate with other Administrative & Human Resources team members on daily tasks.
• Attending incoming calls/Guest on front desk and diverting it to the concerned person/department. Taking messages on call and conveying it to the employee.
• Birthday Records of all employees based in Head office and Plant site, placing it in for the arrangement of birthday cakes (as per policy).
• Data entry of all employees’ personal and official details with confidentiality (Oracle & Excel).
• To manage the recruitment files accordingly.
• To enter data for new candidate’s appearing in examinations for engineering in universities, conducted by HR department, update their results to the recruiting manager to evaluate the highest achievers and schedule interview accordingly.
• To call candidates, schedule interview appointments, prepared interview forms in customized application, arrange pick and drop for candidates, medical arrangement of selected candidates etc.
• To manage all in-house/offsite training work like prepared monthly training calendar, send nominations according to TNA ,send all information to employee about their training time venue by email, oracle entries of employee trainings record, feedback forms etc.
• To manage all Internship program work like email/calls to interns about their internship, update intern’s details & file too, stipend work with finance department etc.
• To manage all Fulcrum/HRSG contractual employee record like leaves/loans/documents etc.
• To manage Boardroom Reservations for meeting of executive officers.
• To manage Library, and issuance of books to in house staff on demand.
• To manage all PRs related to Admin & HR Department.
• To manage audit reports and pictorial audit for Admin Department.
• To update weekly the official Picture Gallery.
• To process all PTCL invoices.
• To generate & update PABX Pin Codes.
• To collaborate with security personnel on control of access and adhering to security procedures.
• To substitute different departmental secretaries and provide official services.
• To attend customer calls and answer their queries softly.
• To help Call center led end-to-end in generating marketing strategy, its planning and execution.
