• Ability to maintain inventory store, mechanical instruments and gauges.
• Schedule & forced maintenance of diesel & steam turbine and their auxiliaries, STX MAN (V28/ 32 S) SKODA JINMA china (6 MW condensing steam turbine).
• Maintenance and operation activities of Purifiers /Separator Alfa Laval.
• Major over hauling of turbocharger (NR 24/ S).
• Maintenance of bumhan air compressor reciprocation two stages two cylinders, Meiji air compressors two stages, working pressure.
• Overhauling of Heat Exchangers DongHwa Entec plate type lube oil & jacket water cooler,
• Maintenance & overhauling of Gear pumps of different models, Centrifugal pumps, Screw pumps, Multistage horizontal, vertical centrifugal pumps.
• Handle maintenance activities to waste heat boiler made by AALBORG, Sweden water tube operated by engine exhaust gas producing saturated steam having capacity of 3.5 tons / hours each.
• Responsible for routine, planned and emergency maintenance of both stationary and rotary equipment.

• Maintenance and operation activities of Purifiers /Separator Alfa Laval purifier of Type FOPX – 610, MOPX – 207.
• Major over hauling of turbocharger (VTR 354 A – 11 of IHI Japan licensed by ABB).
• Maintenance of Sanwa air compressor reciprocation (S8A) two stages two cylinders, Meiji air compressors two stages, working pressure.
• Generating & reporting of periodic facility reports such as daily / monthly reports /Break down / Energy consumption /Critical incident reports to the senior management.

• Perform and supervise all the shift operations activities at Power Plant of 41MW steam turbine.
• Responsible for exercising and implementing the safe work practices and procedures at Power
• Plant.
• Coordination with the concerned BSPM department for operating electrical load during the
respective shift.
• Coordination with the concerned BSPM department for consistent Steam supply during the
respective shift..
• Responsible for Power House operations (Electrical Control Room, 41 MW CHP Unit, 200 TPH boiler, 65 TPH Boiler Operations, Water chest, Demineralization Plant and HFO unloading ,
Storage and handling areas )
• Notify and Rectify the Steam, Compressed Air & water leakages and insulation erosions.
• Generate job requests for repair work required during the shift.
• Observe and ascertain the Plant safety requirements during the shift, act appropriately in any
emergency situation, communicate with Team Leader and Plant Manager.
• Responsible to keep operating parameters within prescribed limits, take adequate measures to
avoid Plant tripping. Respond correctly to the operational Alarms and indications timely during
the shift.
• Check local parameters of Boilers, Turbine, Air compressor, Water chest and immediately take
preventive and corrective measures in case any abnormality. Follow the instructions given in the
Operations Manual of the equipment.
• Check and maintain record of analysis reports of Demineralization plant and Laboratory. Ensure
the correct procedures and desired results.
• Responsible for correct Boiler operation when Boiler Operator is busy on other boiler.
• Responsible for correct Turbine operation when Turbine Operator is busy in some other essential
work at Plant.
• Coordinate and Resolve the complaints from Process departments regarding Voltage variation,
steam pressure, temperature, compressed air pressure and water flow.
