Part of this start-up hospitality company where as a journey lead I am responsible to oversee and manage guest overall experience from pre arrival and post check out.

Answering all general queries made by callers. Helping guest in house with their requests. Setting up wake up calls and executing them. Helping callers with different dining options offered by outlets of the hotel.
