Guest Service Agent
Worked in this 5 star property of Rotana. As a first line of contact I was responsible to manage all incoming calls and redirecting them to the relevant departments. Answering all general queries made by callers. Helping guest in house with their requests. Setting up wake up calls and executing them. Helping callers with different dining options offered by outlets of the hotel.
Responsibilities also included providing reservation details and looking business center of the hotel.
