Manage and supervise projects logistics staff. Ensure that logistics staff has clear and well defined duties and responsibilities; staff is oriented on donor regulations and SHED policies and procedures. Ensure that periodic reports of the logistics functional units are generated and disseminated to the concerned staff and management. Develop all the required SOPs for Logistic, Assets and inventory management. Maintaining vehicle fleet, taking care of drivers, fuels, logbooks and repairs. Making travel plans keeping in view the security and safety requirements. Liaison with local authorities as appropriate for the benefit of organization.
